Yüe Yü

BLA (Hons), MUrbDes (Hons)

Urban Design Specialist

Yue has sound and varied design experience in the built environment, from large scale residential development projects to 25 square meters show gardens. Working alongside some of New Zealand’s most renowned landscape designers and architects since 2013 has fine-tuned her eyes for aesthetics and details and sharpened her sense of scale and space.

Her experience working as a landscape designer with multidisciplinary teams and a range of clients and contractors domestically and internationally led her to the understanding and appreciation of effective network and relationship building. The complexities of these at urban scale, led her to undertake a Masters of Urban Design at the University of Auckland. She joined the Motu Design team in 2020.
