Our Submission - Plan Change 78 of the Auckland Unitary Plan

Plan Change 78 by Auckland Council focuses on the implementation of the National Policy Statement of Urban Development, and the Medium Density Residential Standards of the RMA.  Motu Design’s submission is in general support of Auckland Council’s Plan Change 78, but recommends further consideration of place based precinct provisions, additional qualifying matters, and changes to the proposed HIRB controls to the Terraced Housing and Apartment Zone.
